The General German Freight Forwarding Conditions 2017 (ADSp 2017) are recommended for application from January 1, 2017, by the Federal Association of German Industries (BDI), the German Association of Wholesale Trade, Services (BGA), the Federal Association of Road Transport Logistics and Disposal (BGL) Logistics (AMÖ), Federal Association for Business Traffic and Logistics (BWVL), German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DIHK),
German Forwarding and Logistics Association (DSLV) and the German Trade Association (HDE). This recommendation is not binding. The Contracting Parties shall not be obliged to make any divergent arrangements from the contents of such Contract.
